Can I print a Form 1040X to mail an amended return to the IRS using on-line Turbotax without extra charges?

Yes there are no extra charges for preparing an amended tax return and printing it as long as you are using the same account and version of TurboTax that you used to prepare the original return and do not need to upgrade.
