Can I print a blank worksheet so I can track donations as I'm packing the items?

I don't see a blank worksheet on Its Deductible, but below are a few different guides that you could use. The first one, is a worksheet that you can tally the items in.

Really, we just want a black form, so we know what piles to put the items in? such as does Its Deductible have a category for athletic shirts, no but I see they have rugby shirts.
