Can I have an uncategorized expense on Schedule C? My bookkeeper didn't ID it. Do I need to file an amended return

Did you already file your return? 

If so, you do not need to amend the return. But do keep documentation for the expense, should you need to explain it.

If you have not yet filed, you can give the expense a description and list under Miscellaneous.
