Can I get the remainder of my refund in my personal bank account if I choose the instant loan on the turbo card?

No, you won't be able to change how those funds are deposited. The remaining balance will be credited to your Turbo Visa Debit card. Please see this for more information (under FAQ's)  What happens after I qualify for the Refund Advance?
