Can i get on with the review even when I'm looking at Registartion info and terms and conditions tabs but they don't do anything.

I am able to file with $0 fed and $0 but the screen it leads me to to review is a dead end, it doesn't let me continue the review and finalizing steps. Please advise.

After letting it sit overnight, I logged back in and it let me move on! Problem solved! Shalom!
