Can I get help with my 2021 amended tax return which I filed money was direct deposit into an account that I never used

The IRS stated the money was deposited but I got incarcerated and someone else got access to the debit card

that should not have happened since refunds from amended returns is via a paper check. A 2021 amended return cannot be e-filed using Turbotax. the IRS recently allowed direct deposit for Electronically filed amended returns.
