Depending on if you've already posted a W-2 you may be able to skip steps.

Under Federal

1. Click Wages & Income a menu will appear.
2. Select Job (W-2) [Add/Edit]
3. If your old W-2 is listed - you can [Review] and post it
4. To post the new W-2
5. [+ Add a new W-2]
6. If asked identify the person - select the person it belongs to
7. Enter employer EIN
8. You will see Great news! We can import your W-2 info automatically.
9. Scroll to [Change how I enter my form]
10. [Type it myself]
11. Post Employer Info
12. Post your W-2
