Can I get a tax advance for next year's taxes?

You can't get a refund Advance until the IRS has accepted your return and the IRS won't open filing until late January 2025.  

When tax season begins --- the software will be for filing 2024 returns.  The IRS will not begin to accept 2024 returns until late January of 2025.   TurboTax does not have any sort of refund loans at this time.  During the past several tax seasons, there have been refund loans during the early tax season in January and February.  The loan had to be offered to you, and no money is issued until the IRS accepts your e-file.
