Can I get a refund of 20% because the email was sent for that offer after I was in the system and working?

I was sent the 20% email after I was already in the system and working on my taxes. I did not see it until I was done and had already paid. That was messed up that it is sent after you sign in and don't leave to "check your emails." Can I get a refund for that?
