Can I fill the tax return with Turbotax and print it instead of filing it online?

I will get a ITPN for my wife and we need to go to the IRS office and file the tax return in person.

Yes. TurboTax will allow you to do this. In fact, this is exactly what you will need to do in order to file your return.
