Can i filed my state return for free, after i already filed for federal? Can i not combined these two, like its asking, for $45?

No, if you used Deluxe for your federal return, there is a fee to prepare your state return.  You could go to your state's tax web site for the forms and prepare them yourself.  Have a copy of your federal return handy--you will need it.
