Can I file my taxes with a diffrent tax payer, such as jackson hewitt, etc. Though I already registred to turbo tax?

I don't want to file with turbo tax, I want to to try a different tax payer, because turbo tax is saying, I owe the federal $1,127.  & that is incorrect

You can leave your account with TurboTax and go to any other tax preparer or tax program you wish.

As long as you have not already e-filed the return, you can just abandon the return and the account with TurboTax and prepare your tax return wherever you want to.   If you already e-filed---that's a different story.  If you e-filed it already, you are stuck for now.    Did you file it?

What if I attempted to file but it gets kicked back due to errors??? Can I still go to another preparer ??? The error is due to a DoB issue but it’s not an issue and I’ve filed through Jackson Hewitt before with no issue but turbo tax for some reason does

If your e-file has been rejected, then it has not gone to the IRS.   You can act as if TurboTax does not even exist and prepare your return elsewhere if that is what you want to do.
