Can I file an amended return to Washington DC using form D-40X in TurboTax? I cannot find that form in TurboTax. Is it there? What should I do?

I know that I need to print and file the amended return, but I would like TurboTax to print all of the numbers like it did for my Federal amended return.

Additional information:  TurboTax has a different address to send an amended DC return to than DC publishes in their D-40X instruction booklet.  I suggest that anyone filing an amended return in DC download the D-40X form and instructions.  TurboTax does not seem to handle amended DC returns well.
