Can i file a 2014 federal tax for the first time with turbo tax online?

Sorry no, the Online version is only to file the current years tax return.  Also, TurboTax no longer supports the 2014 tax software.  Some other website may let you file a 2014 return online.

To add, it is too late to claim a refund for 2014.
