Can i deduct my fiance's health insurance cost that is deducted weekly from my salary, she is on my plan at work and is quite costly?

my health insurance is paid by the company i work for but they deducted 7678.54 dallors from my salary for my fiance's health insurance for 2021

Not unless you can claim them as a dependent on your return.

If you are claiming her as your dependent on your tax return then you can deduct the health care premiums you pay for her as an itemized medical expense deduction on Schedule A.
