Can I deduct my aflac premiums that are taken out of my paycheck?

I have critical Care and Hospital indemnity from Aflac can I deduct these premiums?

No, premiums for AFLAC are not deductible.  

Policies providing payment for loss of earnings can not be included.

If that is not health care insurance then it is not deductible as a medical expense.
