I filed electronicallty on 2/27/19. I have not received a refund yet. When I checked on IRS.gov, the site would not give me a status based on the information I entered from my tax return. How do I get this resolved? There is no one to talk to at the IRS

Check your e-file status to be sure it was accepted: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/</a>

Then make sure you are using the refund amount shown on line 20a of your Form 1040 when you visit the IRS site. <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/refunds">https://www.irs.gov/refunds</a>

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 20a of your Form 1040
