Providing you haven't filed yet (or you e-filed but got rejected), you can simply revisit the File section again to choose a different method.
However, if you have successfully e-filed and your return was transmitted to the IRS you are unable to make changes to your refund method unless you are for some reason rejected and need to refile.

Can I call the IRS with my checking information or mail a copy of my return and attach my checking information to it so that i may get my refund deposited into my checking account?
Not prompted at end with bank info input and file now what?
Can I change from paper mail to debit? Or get my check expidid?
You can only change your refund method if you have not filed yet. If you have already filed, you will have to wait 4-6 weeks to receive a paper check from the IRS. Unfortunately, there is no way to make the IRS expedite it. You can look up your refund status here: Where's My Refund?
Please refer to the article below for more information.
When will I get my IRS tax refund?
Follow the instructions below to change your refund method.
Open your return in TurboTax.
Go to the File section in the left menu.
Next to Step 2: Your refund info select Revisit.
Choose your desired refund method and select Continue.
Unfortunately, once your e-filed return has been accepted or you already mailed it, it's too late to change your refund.
Change my application for direct deposit for stimulas check
Select https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments and select the get my payment option to review your refund status or change your direct deposit information.
I wanted to know if we get a other stimulus check can it be a paper check
We don't have specific information on the income qualifications or procedures for the third stimulus payment because the measure hasn't been passed yet. It is doubtful that we will be given the option to 'opt' for a specific form of payment.
However, If you had issues receiving your earlier stimulus, then the best way to ensure that you are one of the first to receive any future stimulus payments is to file your 2020 tax return as early as possible and use direct deposit so that the IRS will have your updated information.
You can find the most up to date information from the IRS here, and updates from TurboTax here as they develop.
I filed already I’m trying to change from paper checks or direct deposit
Once a return has been efiled and accepted for processing you cannot change the method you will receive the refund.
@Shaquill29 Unfortunately it is too late to do so after you have filed and the return is accepted.

If you have already filed the 2020 tax return then how you receive the tax refund cannot be changed.
What if you where accepted and lost your debit card and want to change to paper check just to be safe. Will IRS accept?
Once the return has been filed, you are unable to change the method in which you receive your refund. Was the debit card the Turbo Prepaid Debit card @ChessFart101?
No. I checked my account on IRS website and it's not processed yet.
Once you have transmitted your return, you will not be able to change the method of payment for your refund.
You might be able to file for a lost debit card to be able to obtain these funds as the card would be linked to your account.
I dropped my wallet yesterday and I already reported my debit stolen/lost. Found my wallet empty with my ID still inside. That's why I want to change direct deposit to paper check. Just to be save.
If you cancel the debit card that you were having your tax refund deposited to, once the IRS receives notification that the card isn't valid (because the card has been canceled) the IRS will then mail you a paper check to the address listed on your tax return.
