No, unfortunately...once your tax return has been e-filed and accepted, or mailed through the Post Office...there is no way to change the way you receive your refund.
Now, if by some chance your tax return was e-filed but rejected for whatever reason, you could go back and choose the direct deposit option by:
- Sign into your
account, click take me to my return
- Click the File heading
- Follow the
prompts for Step 1. When you get to Step 2, this is where the bank account
information will be. Follow the prompts to view/edit your bank account
information.
Then, once you've fixed the reason it was rejected...you can resend it.
