If you have already filed the tax return (and if you e-filed, it has been accepted), there is no way to change the bank account information. If you are not having your TurboTax fees paid from your refund, you might be able to stop the direct deposit by calling the IRS at 800-829-1040. They will then mail a check to the address on your tax return.
