Can I cancel my turbo tax and get a refund since i'm no longer living in canada?

I used to live and work in Canada so I have to do my taxes for 2023 but through a friend I understand TurboTax does not work with people living outside Canada, so I would like to cancel my turbo tax account and get a refund if possible...
