Yes, but in order to do so you will have to recreate the original return in TurboTax. You will have to indicate that you are going to file by mail so the program will think it is complete and filed return. You can then amend it. You won't be able to e-file the amended return since you didn't e-file the original return. You can amend your return using TurboTax.
