Can I amend a filing in the paid/downloaded TurboTax Business program, if the original filing was completed through TurboTax online?

Are you confused about what software you used?   The TurboTax Business program is not an online software at all.   It can only be used on a Windows PC as a CD/download.   

 

Do you mean you used online Self-Employed?   What tax year do you need to amend?

I filed 2020 using online self-employed. After the filing was accepted, I received Form 1065. (It's our first year in the business, so I didn't realize this form was coming.) So, in order to amend my 2020 return, Turbo Tax required me to download the Business software, which I did. However, once in the Business software, it dose not have my 2020 file, and when I try to upload the PDF version of the filing, it won't recognize that file.
