Can anybody help me access my 2017 return that I filed using Turbo Tax Deluxe last year and can't access due to computer crash (I started 2018 return manually)?
Intuit is showing "you have not filed any returns yet". It also indicates that I have other accounts for my email address. I cannot find my printed return to get the AGI amount for efiling.

You can get access to your old tax return via the IRS site online. You will have to provide previous years tax information to prove who you are. Or maybe you can just call the IRS.
