Hi,
I filed my taxes with Turbotax for both Federal & state tax returns. I received a letter from California State about Tax return changes, asking for an additional payment of $1300 with a fine because of the wrong calculation.
my PC has since changed and I don't have turbo tax software installed, I purchased it from Costco and downloaded it with a license code. How can I get it installed again on my new device? Also any help I can get from Turbo tax consultants in this situation.
Thanks

And if you can download and install the program do you have the tax file from the old computer? It ends in .tax2019. Did you move it or make any backups?
After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to File-New Tax Return).
Then go to FILE -Open and find your return.
