Since I have to use another service, I just wanted to know if I will have any problem because I registered and complete all the information with you without actually filing the tax return.
No problems. What you do inside Turbo Tax isn't communicated to the IRS. All they get are filed tax returns. Since you didn't file, they have no conflicting information about you. Registering is a process that we have, but its not something that goes to the IRS.
Are you certain about being a nonresident alien?

Well, now that I'm been reading to file the taxes myself, I'm not really sure. Here is my case: I arrive to the US on January 2015 under an F1 status. I never worked or had scholarships or any other income, so I didn't have to file taxes. I never new I had to fill an 8843 form, I just learned about that now. On October 2016 I travel back to my country and reentered the US under a J1 status and I've been working with my current employer ever since. I'm reporting the taxes for that income with the W2 given by my employer. Since I didn't claim being an exempt individual with the 8843 I'm not sure if I qualify as nonresident alien for tax purposes.
