As of 6/28/19 my two sons have not received their federal refund. They both file the simplest form & they both have one child (EIC). Getting no answers from the IRS.Help?

Did they efile? Was it Accepted? You can check your efile status here

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
