The IRS website reads "Existing installment agreement payments due between April 1 and July 15 are suspended. Taxpayers who are unable to comply with the terms of an installment payment agreement may suspend payments during this period."
The first sentence makes it sound like all payments are suspended, but the 2nd makes it sound like its option and up to each person. I just want to know if my automatic payments will be coming out. When I log into my tax account on the IRS website, it doesn't mention any option to defer or anything like that. This is an installment agreement for 2017, I already paid 2018 and 2019 taxes.

However, taxpayers who are unable to comply with terms of their Installment Agreement may suspend payments during this period. Installment agreements will not default due to missing payments during the suspension period through July 15, 2020."
