Anyway to repair a turbotax 2010 file? I get Error: 146 " The tax return you are opening is not recognized as a tax return..."

I'm pretty sure this file used to work and somehow got corrupted.  Is there anyway to repair it?

TurboTax Business and TurboTax Home & Business are different products, for different types of tax returns. Home & Business is for personal tax returns (Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ). Business is for partnerships (Form 1065), corporations (Form 1120 or 1120S), and estates and trusts (Form 1041). A file created by TurboTax Business cannot be opened with TurboTax Home & Business, and a file created by TurboTax Home & Business cannot be opened by TurboTax Business.

Is the file name extension .tax2010? Are you opening it with the 2010 TurboTax software? You can only open a TurboTax data file with the software for that year.

Yes, the extension is .tax2010.  I did see that I bought "TurboTax Business 2010" back in 2011 when I filed.  Now I have "TurboTax Home and Business 2010".  Would that make a difference?
