Anyone after e file your taxes still pending more than 48 hours? This is first time happening to me. I usually accepted after i e file. But now still pending after 2 days

While we are doing this extra review, your return will show as pending.  Sometimes there are issues with forms availability and sometimes numbers don’t exactly add up. When this happens a tax return may be “Pending”  longer than 24-48 hours while an extra review is conducted to ensure 100% accuracy.
