Amending a 1099-INT to add an account number?

Lucky me, my bank decided to send me a "corrected" 1099-INT this week. The ONLY difference is that the new one now has an entry in the "Account Number" box. I've tried importing the new form online, and also tried manually going through all the fields, yet Turbo Tax has no place to enter in this "Account Number".

For a little more specifics, this 1099-INT has 7 separate accounts listed on the back of it, but the account number they added was the box on the front of the form under the "FATCA filing requirement".

Any advise would be greatly appreciated... Is this a number the bank alone cares about? How the heck do I amend my taxes with this info...?

The account number does not go on your tax return. There is no place for it on the tax return. So there is nothing to amend. There is no place to enter the account number in TurboTax because there is no place where TurboTax could put it on your tax return.

If the account number is the only change on the corrected 1099-INT, do not amend your tax return. Don't do anything. Just forget about it.
