Am I eligible person to get tax refund?

Hi, I'd like to know if I need to do some action for my tax refund.
Today, I received W-2 form and almost all tables are blank, excepting the number 12 (DD), which related with health insurance.
I had working experience in a university for exactly one year (2015-2016) with holding J-1 Visa, and I am now in my country, out of America. What should I do in this case?

If your W-2 is blank except for code DD, there's no need to file.

Box 12, code DD has no effect on your taxes. Did you have any tax withheld other than Social Security or Medicare tax?
