Already asked - how can I bring up my 2017 Tax Return that is downloaded to my dock but can't bring up to work on...CALL ME [removed]

This is mainly a user community forum, so please do not personal info like that in the public Internet forum.  TurboTax Support will not phone you from the forum, but no telling who else might try to do so.

I don't see another recent question from you in this forum on that topic, at least not  under that screen name.
There's not enough into to know exactly what you are experiencing.

You said "2017 Tax Return that is downloaded".
Did you prepare a 2017 online return last year, and have downloaded it from your online account?    If so, is the return file a PDF or a *.tax2017 data file?

Or instead of "2017 Tax Return", do you mean you downloaded the 2017 software program?

Or do you already have the 2017 program installed on your Mac, but can't launch the 2017 program to open the downloaded file?   Or can you launch your 2017 software, but can't open the downloaded file?
