So, I filed my taxes last night (1/28/2022) at appox 9:30pm CST and within an hour my federal was "accepted" by the IRS. Now, I STILL don't have my payment advance over 16 hours later despite the "1-2 hours after the IRS accepts your federal income taxes". The 1-2 hours after acceptance was a GAURANTEE?! Ha! I knew it was a scam, but we REALLY NEED the money for past due bills so I went ahead and signed up only to get told today by Turbo Tax support to call someone else within the company because they couldn't find any details in their system about my payment.. Really?! Why even have CUSTOMER SUPPORT when the company is obviously scamming folks and not even informing their support of ANYTHING?! I've used Turbo Tax for 5 years now and THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE LOYAL , PAYING CUSTOMERS!
