After printing my turbo tax 2 different state tax packages I am asked in the instructions sheet to include form R-10606 which is not part of what I printed?

Yes, Form R-10606 is part of your Louisiana tax return if you claimed a credit for taxes paid to another state. 

Please check your Louisiana return for a form that looks like this at the top.
