After I submitted my taxes, and I went to the summary page it says an issue occured please check back shortly. It is not displaying my amounts due for Federal or State.

I got the same thing... The only thing it says is that they are submitted.

I hope if it says submitted, it means we are on time.. who knows....?

Yes, if your returns are in a pending state they are filed on time. The message is due to large volume of submissions.  Just have to wait.
