After I filed taxes, I received a K-1 from Proshares I bought and sold out of during the year. All boxes in part iii have 0 dollars. Do I need amend return due to this?

After I filed taxes, I received a Schedule K-1 from Proshares I bought and sold during the year and when I first filed taxes, I have imported these trades already into turbotax by logging into brokerage account .
Now in Schedule K-1, all boxes in part iii have 0 dollars. Do I need amend return due to this?

No.

If there are no entries in Part III of the K-1, there will be no change on your return if you amended your return.
