After efiling fed and st, I learned of duplicate 1099G. Removed which lowered my fed tax $100. Will corrected refiling override/overwrite the original fed?

Will turbotax refile both fed and state even though only state (IL) rejected original filing?

Once your return is e-filed, and not rejected, you can't file again except with an amended return. Wait for your return to be accepted then you can file an amended return.
