Advance loan investigation

It has been 10 days since return was accepted and I was told an investigation would be done for my missing advance. Has there been any updates? I know the poor employees of TT are trying to put out a dumpster fire with tiny cups of nothing from the company and that sucks. I just need to know if there's even a chance of receiving the advance now or do I have to wait until Feb. 15th for IRS to send me my refund? Is there anyway to get my refund sent to my account instead of the CK account I only signed up for to get advance? Thank you and sorry you guys are dealing with the issues created by your bosses.

I have requested information from FB messenger, Twitter, email and Instagram with no response. I tried here since I'm not the only one waiting for results of investigation.  I was told several days ago that I would be updated but so far I haven't received any info. I don't even know what their investigating.  Is it why my application wasn't received by FC Bank? I, like many people, are deeply frustrated that what we can't get an answer.  If we're simply screwed and must wait until IRS sends the refund, please just tell us. Hope leads to despair and with no info desperate situations become even worse. This is the first year I've ever had a problem with TurboTax and I think the employees are taking the brunt of bad business decisions made by higher-ups who refuse to take responsibility.

I have repeatedly.  No answes and on all the platforms it says message us which I've done over the past 10 days. Last time anyone respond

ed or updated  was Monday Jan 31.
