Add a 3895

I didn't have a 3895 when I filed my taxes, and didn't realize I would be getting one, so I answered "no" to the question about it.  I received one after I filed.  When I try to amend it, I don't see anywhere to add it.  What can I do now?

Go to the California section of TurboTax and answer the questions regarding Health Insurance.  Based on your answers, TurboTax will create and file the correct forms.
