5 day early deposit date

Got my 846 with a DDD of 2/27/2025, I have already been notified from VA my state refund was issued and sent. Nothing updated on Turbo Tax. With a 2/27/2025 ddd, today 2/21 makes 5 days early. Yet nothing has been updated on TT. My order details for the $25 dollars says payment pending. Even with chime I get my veterans stipend 4 days early. This is a complete ripoff.

If the date is the 27th, that's 6 days from today.

You should get an email from TurboTax when your refund is on its way. Some didn't get an email until late in the day, but still got their deposit.

5 Days Early Option

If you don't get your deposit, there is a few reasons why that might happen.

  • Your refund was offset or differed from their estimated refund amount, bringing the refund amount below the minimum threshold or above the maximum. What is a refund offset?
  • Your bank wouldn't accept RTP (Real Time Payments) or Same Day ACH deposits, preventing Intuit from depositing your refund up to 5 days ahead of when the IRS would have deposited your refund.
  • The IRS didn't give Intuit up to 5 or more days of notice in advance. This stopped Intuit from meeting the up to 5 days early expectations.

If TurboTax is unable to deliver the refund up to 5 days early, your order will be canceled and you won't be charged the up to 5-Day Early fee. You will receive a follow-up email with a refund and timing update, and if any cancellation is applicable.

If you don’t receive an update email or an automatic refund (if applicable) within a few days, you can contact TurboTax Customer Support by clicking the link below.

Are we counting weekend days? My interpretation of that is 5 business days and technically the 27th would be the 4th business day. Turbo tax guaranteed this 5 day early deposit. Turbo tax hasn’t updated any of my information. so if it’s calendar days then tomorrow I should have my deposit. My transcript does not show an offset, even if it did they would simply set aside that amount is push the refund, unlike state that mail a check.
