2019 Refund and stimulus not received & 2020 taxes rejected

I know I am not alone in my frustration.
*I submitted my 2109 tax returns in October (after filing for an extension as we were out of the country)

We are due a REFUND for 2019. Nothing received.
*Under "Check Refund Status," it says, "No information is available."

*2nd Stimulus payments (for 3 people) not received- as it is tied to our 2019 taxes.
*I finished and electronically filed our 2020 taxes, and received a "Rejected" notice as the AGI (Adjusted gross income) we were required to enter off our 2019 taxes did not match what was in their system...Probably because they have yet to process said taxes.
*ALL calls go unanswered, as I'm sure you all know. Even if you do get transferred to an agent, it always comes back saying to call back later due to high call volume.

My question is...how long do I have to wait for any kind of information? What happens if my taxes remain "rejected" past the filing deadline?

"..Probably because they have yet to process said taxes."

You are absolutely right!

Use 0 (zero) as AGI.

Is it possible to get a transcript of my 2019 taxes if they have not processed them? They do not even show up in the system as "in process" yet. It just says "no information available."

If there is no information available, there is no information to provide your transcript.  Your 2020 taxes remain rejected until you correct what error is preventing them from being accepted.   The IRS will consider them not filed.
