2015 turbotax amend software is not printing out 1040x. How do I get it to print the forms I need to amend?

When you open the TurboTax 2015 program you must scroll down and click the AMEND button *BEFORE* you open the tax return. The program will not print blank forms. You have to go through the process the way the program is set up to work. Once you finish the process the program will print the completed 1040-X and any other forms that you need to mail to the IRS, along with an instruction sheet that tells you where to mail it and what documents to include in your mailing.

if your are trying to claim a refund for 2015, you're too late unless the 2015 return was extended.  

you get three years from the due date (4/15/16) or (10/15/16 if properly extended)    to claim refund.    so time ran out 4/15/19 if not extended.
