2013, 2015 and 2016 show not accepted. This is a problem, right?

It is not necessarily a problem, unless you were expected to send a payment to the IRS or your State agency. If you were expecting a return it will not be an issue.

You can still file for for prior years up to 2014 Tax year and receive a return (if you qualify)

If you are in your online account and see those years rejected, read the explanation, fix the reason for the rejection, print and mail. All with the exclusion of 2013.

Are you in the correct account?   You mean you thought you filed tax returns for those years and never noticed that you did not receive a tax refund?

.......or if they were initially rejected......then you printed them later and personally mail filed them for any of those years instead....then those years might be OK....because the tax software doesn't get feedback on whether you later mail-filed after an initial e-file rejection.

@thoward62989901   Instead of posting on this old thread it would be better for you to start your own new question.  it gets confusing when you add onto someone else's only "sort of" related old thread.

Something must have gone wrong with your e-file.  Either you did not actually go all the way through to the orange button that said "Transmit Return Now" and complete the process, or your tax return was rejected and you did not notice or follow up.  At this point, you have to print, sign and mail it.

To finish a prior year return started in TT online:https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2559403-how-do-i-finish-a-prior-year-return-that-i-started-in-turb

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
