1rst question, I had to close my bank account due to fraudulent activity. I'm supposed to receive my tax refund by direct deposit. What do I do?

Once the tax return has been filed and Accepted by the IRS the method of receiving the federal tax refund cannot be changed.

If the bank account is close the bank will reject the deposit and return the refund to the IRS.  The IRS will send a refund check in the mail to the address entered on the tax return.
