1040 line 26 - how to clear or correct

I'm thinking my recovery rebate credit(stimulus payment 3-$1400) from 2021 may have been disallowed.  I had applied my 2021 refund(including that $1400) to the 2022 estimated taxes.   TurboTax has carried this amount into the 2022 return. How can I clear or correct the 2022 1040 line 26(2022 estimated tax payments and amount applied from 2021 return) and lines 33 and 34 so they no longer includes that $1400 amount?
