When can I talk to a tax expert?
Depending on your tax situation, you could be matched with a TurboTax Expert Full Service expert, and even file your return, as soon as today. If your taxes are more complex, it could take a bit longer. Keep answering the questions in TurboTax so we can get to know you, and match you with the right expert.
An assistant will help you find and share the documents you need to file your taxes. You’ll need to share as many of your documents as possible before the assistant can match you with an expert. After you’re matched with your dedicated Full Service tax expert, they'll share the hours they’re available.
If you need help when your expert is unavailable, you can reach our other tax experts 7 days a week from 5 AM to 9 PM PT from mid-January through the April 15 filing deadline. From mid-April through early January, our experts are available Monday-Friday from 5 AM through 5 PM PT.
