I upgraded to Full Service. Where are my documents?

When you upgrade to Full Service, any documents you’ve uploaded will be added to your checklist for your expert. Any info, however, like manually entered forms or what you imported directly from a bank, isn't added to your checklist. 

So, for example, if you imported your W-2 by connecting directly to ADP, that info won’t be added to your checklist. But if you took a picture of your W-2 and uploaded it, that document will be added to your checklist. Your expert needs to see your actual forms.
