How do I sign in to my Intuit Account?

There are two ways you can sign in:

  • Open your Intuit products (TurboTax, QuickBooks, or professional tax products) and sign in directly. 
  • Go to Intuit.com to sign in and access your products.

Once you’re on the sign in screen:

  1. You’ll be asked to enter your phone number, email, or user ID. You may also need to provide your password here.
  2. Check the Remember me checkbox if you want to automatically use that information next time. 
  3. Select Sign in to continue and verify your account. This could be with your password (if you haven’t entered it yet), a one-time passcode, or another verification method.
  4. If we find you have multiple accounts, you’ll need to select the one you want to sign in to. 

Mailchimp and Credit Karma customers can continue to use their existing Mailchimp and Credit Karma logins to access those products.

You can use the same Intuit Account for TurboTax, QuickBooks, and professional tax products.

Mailchimp and Credit Karma customers can continue to use their existing Mailchimp and Credit Karma logins to access those products. As outlined in our Privacy Statement, that data lives together in the Intuit Platform as part of the customer’s profile.

Follow these steps to update your account information, such as your password, phone number, email, or address:

  1. If you haven’t already, sign into your Intuit Account.
  2. Select Sign in & security for most account update options or select Profile to edit your address, date of birth, occupation, or name.
  3. Edit the option(s) you’d like to change.

If you update your Intuit Account info, it will automatically be updated across TurboTax, QuickBooks, and professional tax products.

If you created your account using only your phone number, we automatically created this User ID for you to keep your account safer. 

Try these steps to reset your user ID to your preference:

  1. Sign in to your Intuit Account.
  2. Select Sign in & security. 
  3. Select User ID and follow the onscreen instructions.
