How do I get my 1098-T form?

1098-T is a post-secondary tuition statement. You should receive your 1098-T by February 15. If you haven't received it by then, contact your college or university.
This form includes the total amount of tuition and related fee expenses that you paid to your school during the current tax year.
This includes:
- Student fees
- Attendance fees
- Enrollment fees
- Assessment fees
